This Rayong Aquarium is located at the Eastern Seaboard Fisheries Research and Development Center, department of Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Phe Sub-district. It was established by the department of fisheries to study, experiment and research on marine animals and aquatic plants. This is a place to collect aquatic animals, display beautiful fish, and many more than 43 cabinets of aquariums. It also consists of a large pond displaying aquatic animals, rare aquatic animals and shells in the total of 4 ponds: Tunnel, Cylindrical, Outdoor and Turtle ponds, which include a rare aquarium, economic and aquatic animals that the Department of Fisheries breeds. Moreover, there are also sea creatures that are dangerous. The exhibition of fishing boats and fishing tools serve to educate tourists and interested people. The main highlight here is the path through the glass tunnel that can touch the sea life closely.
