Shrine of King Taksin is located in Lum Mahachai Chumphon temple, Taksin Rd, Tha Pradu Subdistrict. There is a 300-year-old Parkia tree in front of the Shrine. A story about the tree goes that King Taksin stabled his elephant at a large Parkia tree, when the King was passing Rayong to liberate the Kingdom of Ayutthaya at Chantaburi Province. Within the Shrine, there is a standing statue of King Taksin. The celebration of coronation ceremony of King Taksin is held annually every 28th of December as the King could bring back freedom to Thailand from Myanmar. He was crowned as the only King of Thonburi Kingdom.

Travel Information : - Use Motorway No.7 to Rayong Province and drive for 100 km.
- Turn left to route 36 and drive for 60 km.
- Turn right to route 3574
- Turn left at intersection in front of Rayong hospital to Sukhumvit Rd. (Thailand route 3) and drive 600 meters
- Turn right to Sukhumvit Nakhon Rayong 64 Rd.
- Turn left to Soi Amnuai Suk and head to Lum Mahachai Chumphon temple (Lum temple)
